  1. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your CARE subscription at any time by providing written notice to us via email or our designated cancellation request form on our website. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will process your cancellation promptly.

  1. Website Files

Upon cancellation, we will provide you with a downloadable .zip archive containing your website files. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe storage and backup of these files.

  1. Website Transfer

If you require assistance with transferring your website to a new hosting provider, we offer a transfer service for a one-time fee of $125. This fee covers the process of migrating your website and associated data to your new hosting environment. Please contact our support team to initiate this service.

  1. Cancellation Notice

The GROW service has a 30-day cancellation notice period. To cancel your GROW subscription, you must provide written notice to us at least 30 days in advance of your desired cancellation date. This notice period allows us to wind down ongoing campaigns and ensure a smooth transition of work and assets.

  1. Transition of Work and Assets

During the 30-day notice period, we will work closely with you to transfer all ongoing work, campaign assets, and relevant data to your possession or your new marketing partner, if applicable. Our goal is to ensure that there is no disruption to your marketing efforts during this transition period.

  1. Billing

You will be billed for the GROW service up to the effective cancellation date, as per the 30-day notice period. No further charges will be applied beyond the cancellation date.

  1. Refunds

Please note that there are no refunds for services rendered up to the cancellation date. You are responsible for all fees and charges incurred until the cancellation becomes effective.
